Terms & Conditions

Scan2Star gives a business a QR code and a review page. A customer scans the QR, chooses a star rating, picks or edits a suggested review, and posts it on Google from their own Google account. The business also gets a private feedback inbox and a dashboard.

• You must give correct details and be authorised to act for the business you add.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Every new account gets 7 days free with all features. No card is needed to start.
• After the free week you can continue on a paid plan: ₹99 per week or ₹349 per month. Current prices are always on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Payments are collected by Razorpay.
• If you do not choose a plan, or a payment fails and is not completed, the AI reviews, private feedback and dashboard are switched off. Your QR keeps sending customers to your Google review page.
• Plans include a fair monthly limit on AI-written reviews, shown in your dashboard.

Scan2Star is built for genuine reviews. You agree that you will not:

• post, or ask anyone to post, a review for an experience that did not happen;
• offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for a review or a particular rating;
• stop or discourage unhappy customers from posting on Google;
• use the service in a way that breaks Google's review policies or any law.

Review suggestions are written by AI as a starting point. The customer decides the rating, can change every word, and posts the review themselves. We never post a review on anyone's behalf.

You keep ownership of the business details, logo and other content you add. You allow us to use it to run the service for you, which includes sending it to our AI provider to write review suggestions.

• We do not guarantee a number of reviews, a star rating or a search ranking. Those depend on your customers and on Google.
• Google may change or remove reviews under its own policies. We have no control over that.
• The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but do not promise it will never be interrupted.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fake reviews, or has unpaid dues.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
